K – Przed samą wyprawa do Mongolii i resztą dalekiego wschodu, eksplorujemy Europę. Mój pierwszy pobyt w Anglii trwał półtorej doby, ograniczał się do Notting Hill i 10 funtów w kieszeni, czyli mikroskopijnego espresso i badziewnej płyty winylowej kupionej na prezent. Praktycznie nic nie zobaczyłem i nie zdążyłem wyrobić sobie zdania o tym kraju. Tym razem zostajemy tutaj trochę dłużej, z daleka od dużych metropolii skupiamy się na małych angielskich wioskach.

K- Before our trip to Mongolia and the rest of far east, we explore Europe. My first visit to England was brief as it lasted only half of the day and consisted of a trip to Notting Hill and 10 pounds in my pocket – enough to buy espresso and a shit vinyl for a friend. I hardly saw anything and not had enough time to make an opinion about this country. This time we will stick around for a bit longer, far away from big cities-  we will focus on little villages and locals.

N- Anglia to inny świat. Mało w nim chamstwa, wrogości, zawiści, braku kultury a dużo ‘dziękuje’ ‘proszę’ ‘przepraszam’ – na tyle dużo, że czasem aż nas, malkontenckich Polaków, drażni. Z drugiej strony zastanawiam się czy ilość pochłanianego przez nas tutaj tłuszczu nas nie zabije.

N- England is a different world. Hardly any hatred, jealousy, lack of good manners and a lot of ‘thank you’. ‘please’ and ‘i am sorry’ – enough to make us, Polish malkontents, annoyed. On the other hand, I’m wondering whether the amount of fat we are consuming here will kill us nor not.
